What Should I Bring?

For most yoga practices, you will only need yourself and your mat. Props are wonderful. Blocks and straps are used more commonly than most.

Can I use items in my home instead of buying new equipment?

If you are without props, you can easily substitute with books for blocks, belts for straps, pillows for bolsters, etc. You can always improvise if yoga props are not in your budget or available to you.

How do the Zoom Sessions work?

Zoom sessions are not as personal, but are a suitable substitute if you can’t meet in person. You can still see each other and go over form and other important points.

What Should I Wear?

You should dress in what’s the most comfortable for you. Consider how you will feel in stretches, forward folds, etc.

How long are the sessions?

A typical practice is usually 60 minutes. Session times can vary, depending on the type of practice.
